What to Bring

  • A yoga mat/blanket to put on the floor (if you don't have one, there will be some at the retreat center.)
  • A watch or clock, preferably not your phone.
  • An extra shawl or blanket for meditation and during meetings. 
  • A refillable water bottle with a wide enough mouth to fit a spigot comfortably.
  • A headlamp or flashlight
  • A bathing suit
  • Sunscreen/hat for when we're at the pool or walking around.
  • Comfortable clothes (we will be doing some basic yoga stretches, lots of meditating and a little strolling.) Be casual. 
  • Prepare for shoes off inside our meeting space, which is carpeted.
  • Toothbrush, toothpaste and other essential toiletries, including bath soap and shampoo.
  • Bed linen, pillows and room towels are provided but you can bring your own if you have a strong preference.
