Suggestions

  • Clear off your schedule for the entire long weekend.  We have chosen to have our experience in a retreat setting in order to withdraw to a place of quiet and seclusion.  Please let friends, family and employers know that you will be unavailable.

  • Leave the laptop at home

  • We will be enjoying Vegetarian meals for the weekend.  If you have any allergies to food, please let us know.

  • Start stepping down your coffee intake 2 weeks prior.  In the spirit of de-excitation, coffee will not be served during the retreat.  However, there will be plenty of herbal as well as some black tea available.

  • Finally, we recommend taking Monday off to either enjoy some time in San Luis Obispo or to have some time at home before you go back to work. This isn't essential but most people find that it is nice to have this time to reacclimatize.
